How do I pay my term bill?

Log in to the member portal at imafssap.com. Navigate to My Payments and follow the instructions. You can also pay via bank transfer using the bank challan available on the website.

How do I update my nominee?

Contact the FSS 2.0FBSXls office with a written request and supporting documents (proof of identity and relationship). Alternatively, visit the office in person.

What documents do I need to file a claim?

Death certificate, nominee identity proof, FSS 2.0FBSXls number, proof of relationship, and bank account details. See our Claims Processing page for full details.

What happens if I miss paying a term bill?

A fine may be levied for late payment. Contact the FSS 2.0FBSXls office immediately to regularise your account. Prolonged non-payment may affect your membership status.
